Las Vegas Internships - MGM MIRAGE Management Associate Program
The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a six-month, hands-on training program designed for recent college graduates. It is specifically designed to give strong direction and real-world experience to future generations of MGM MIRAGE leaders. It includes:
- A comprehensive, company-wide orientation
- A structured six-month hands-on management training program
- Outstanding management development courses
- Competitive salary and benefits while learning in a creative environment
- An in-depth mentoring component
- Direct placement into an Assistant Manager or equivalent position after completion
To qualify, you must have a:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university within 14 months of the start of the program
- Minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Degree must be related to the division in which you seek placement
In our evaluation process, we may also consider extra-curricular activities, your leadership qualities, letters of recommendation and/or a personal essay describing why you wish to be considered for MAP.
