"I wouldn't change a thing."

As a Project Manager I generally do not do the same thing every day. I work through many challenging projects with various departments, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis.

What was the #1 reason you decided to start your career with MGM MIRAGE

I started my career with MGM MIRAGE because it is a great company with great opportunities.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

Working on projects where I understand the goal and must determine how to get there. This is certainly an area where I have grown professionally as I transitioned from completing individual tasks to taking ownership for results.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

No two days are the same. I work on a variety of interesting projects throughout the CityCenter Residential Division.

What have you done that "they didn't teach you about in school"?

I think that it can be best summed up by saying that school gave me the tools that I needed to be successful. The experience of working and applying principles and philosophies learned in academia to real-world scenarios has certainly been beneficial to my professional development.

"If I knew then what I know now"

I wouldn't change a thing-I am very grateful for the opportunities that I have been presented with, and my experiences have made me the person that I am today.

What do you do for fun?

Enjoy many of the entertainment, dining, and nightlife options in Las Vegas.

What surprised you about Las Vegas?

The great outdoors areas and activities that are available in and near Las Vegas, including Red Rock, Lake Mead, Mt. Charleston, Valley of Fire, Zion, and the Grand Canyon.
