Las Vegas Employment - MGM MIRAGE Diversity

A World of Difference

For MGM MIRAGE®, embracing diversity is a moral and business imperative. It is more than a set of statistics or numbers on a balance sheet. It is an intrinsic value that we try to weave into the fabric of our corporate culture.

In order for MGM MIRAGE to be first and best, we accept the accountability to acknowledge and value the contributions of all people.

In order for MGM MIRAGE to be first and best:

  • We must strive to maximize shareholder value.
  • We must promote the growth of our company.
  • We aim to be the company of choice for employees and customers.

We accept the accountability:

  • We all have a role to play.
  • We are all responsible, no matter what our position, no matter what our title.
  • We all commit to do our best to achieve this mission.

To acknowledge and value the contributions of all people:

  • Every employee and every guest adds value to our company.
  • What we have in common binds us together.
  • Our uniqueness as individuals is what makes us stronger together, giving us a competitive advantage.
